Till Maas 22f68e70cc Add g:GPGRecipientsMenu

Allow to set initial contents for recipients menu with
g:GPGRecipientsMenu. Example usage:

let g:GPGRecipientsMenu=""
    \."GPG: Example User <example@example.com>\<NL>"
    \."GPG: Other User <otherexample@example.com>\<NL>"
