89191a1c84 initial support for #36 : pickers can now show the number of links and 
backlinks if opts.show_link_counts is set. Which it is for the 'link
search' following the tag selection.

8c03fe4601 fix: following a [hyperlink](https://.....) will now not result in an 
error but search for `hyperlink`. Support for external links is planned.
